Ingredients
Dried Mahua Flowers (100g)
Dark chocolate (150g)
Butter (1/2 cup)
All purpose flour (1/2 cup)
Eggs (3)
Salt (2 tsp)
Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
Coco powder (1/4 cup)

Grind the Dried Mahua Flowers in the Mixie for 1-2 minutes.
Directions

Line 7/7 inch baking dish with butter paper and preheat the oven at 180° for 10 mins.

Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.

Once melted, let it cool In a bowl crack eggs and add vanilla essence.

Beat it till fluffy, then add grinded Mahua and mix them together until creamy texture forms.

Sift flour and chocolate powder in the mixture with a pinch of salt and fold the batter gently.

Add chocolate chunks or Mahua (optional).

Pour the batter into the lined dish and Top with walnut/ Mahua (optional).

Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 180°.

Poke test with a toothpick once done (toothpick should come out clean)

10. Let it cool completely before cutting them into pieces. Topping ideas: ⁃ vanilla ice cream ⁃ Chocolate sauce ⁃ Chocolate ganache.
