DIRECTION :
- Line 7/7 inch baking dish with butter paper and preheat the oven at 180° for 10 mins.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
- Once melted, let it cool In a bowl crack eggs and add vanilla essence.
- Beat it till fluffy, then add grinded Mahua and mix them together until creamy texture forms.
- Sift flour and chocolate powder in the mixture with a pinch of salt and fold the batter gently.
- Add chocolate chunks or Mahua (optional).
- Pour the batter into the lined dish and Top with walnut/ Mahua (optional).
- Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 180°.
- Poke test with a toothpick once done (toothpick should come out clean)
- Let it cool completely before cutting them into pieces. Topping ideas: ⁃ vanilla ice cream ⁃ Chocolate sauce ⁃ Chocolate ganache.
