Ingredients
Dried Mahua Flowers (120g)
Almonds (12g)
Pistachios (12g)
Cashews (16g)
Jaggery Powder (30g)
Besan Flour (10g)
Oats (10g)
Cinamon Powder (A pinch)
Ghee (2 tbspn)
Directions
- Grind the Mahua flowers to a fine powder. Dry roast the ground Mahua for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Add all the nuts and stir for 2 minutes, add Mahua then jaggery and stir for 2-3 minutes, add besan, and oats. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool for a minute and mould them into laddoos.
