9 Mahua Balls
DIRECTION :
- Grind the Mahua Flowers.
- Dry roast the ground Mahua for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Put 2 tablespoons of ghee, add all the nuts and stir for 2 minutes, add Mahua then jaggery and stir for 2-3 minutes, add besan, and oats. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool for a minute and mould them into laddoos.
