Mahua Energy Balls

Ingredients


Dried Mahua Flowers (120g)
Almonds (12g)
Pistachios (12g)
Cashews (16g)
Jaggery Powder (30g)
Besan Flour (10g)
Oats (10g)
Cinamon Powder (A pinch)
Ghee (2 tbspn)

Directions

  1. Grind the Mahua flowers to a fine powder. Dry roast the ground Mahua for 2-3 minutes on low flame. 
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add all the  nuts and stir for 2 minutes, add  Mahua then jaggery and stir for 2-3 minutes, add besan, and oats. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. 
  3. Let it cool for a minute and mould them into laddoos.
