Mahua Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • Mahua- 120 gms
  • Almonds- 12 gms
  • Pistachio- 12 gms
  • Cashews- 16 gms
  • Jaggery- 30 gms
  • Besan- 10 gms
  • Oats- 10 gms
  • Cinnamon powder- Pinchfull
  • Ghee- 2 tablespoons
  • PREP TIME

DIRECTION :

  1. Grind the Mahua Flowers.
  2. Dry roast the ground Mahua for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of ghee, add all the nuts and stir for 2 minutes, add Mahua then jaggery and stir for 2-3 minutes, add besan, and oats. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool for a minute and mould them into laddoos.
