DIRECTION :
- Soak the Mahua in the hot water for 30 mins. Purée and set it aside.
- Add the vinegar to the milk and set it aside.
- In a bowl combine the ragi, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add the Mahua puree and milk mixture, mix until homogeneous.
- On a hot pan scoop one ladle at a time and cook the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve with fruits of your choice and enjoy!
