Ragi-Mahua Pancakes (sugar free)

Ingredients

  • 3/4th cup Ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/4th tsp Baking powder
  • 3/4th cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 4tbsp Mahua
  • 1/4 cup hot Water

DIRECTION :

  1. Soak the Mahua in the hot water for 30 mins. Purée and set it aside.
  2. Add the vinegar to the milk and set it aside.
  3. In a bowl combine the ragi, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  4. Add the Mahua puree and milk mixture, mix until homogeneous.
  5. On a hot pan scoop one ladle at a time and cook the pancakes on both sides.
  6. Serve with fruits of your choice and enjoy!
