DIRECTION:
- Grind Mahua flowers in a mixie.
- Mix rice and millet flour with Mahua flowers.
- Add refined oil and salt to the flour mix.
- Mix well until the mixture form a lump and not fall apart.
- 5. Knead using sugar/jaggery cold water.
- Shape the dough as desired.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
