Mahua Martini

Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin or Vodka (30ml)
  • Dried Mahua Flowers (20g)
  • Vermouth (15 ml)
  • Mahua Brine (2 tsp)
  • Ice (4 cubes)
  • Mahua Olives (Skewered garnish)

    Mahua infusion in vermouth: 6 days

    1 Mahua Martini

DIRECTION :

  1. Infuse the mahua in the vermouth by combining in a jar for 6 days. Strain and press any absorbed liquid out of the flowers with the back of a spoon.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice. Stir well, strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with skewered ‘olives’ and serve.
