STEPS:
- Roast the Mahua: Light a fire and place a pan on top. Add the Mahua flowers and roast until fragrant. Remove from the flame.

Add flavours to the Mahua: Mix the roasted Mahua with salt, chilli and oil. Add a tiny piece of charcoal to bring in a smoky note.
- Wrap and set: Pack the mixture tightly inside Mahul leaves. Place a weight on top so it flattens and sets.

Unwrap and enjoy: Remove from the leaves and eat while warm.
