DIRECTION:
- Grind the Mahua flowers.
- Grind the rice into flour.
- Mix Mahua, rice flour, atta (optional), and elaichi powder.
- Knead using cold water.
- On a wood fire stove, place a dekchi of water (1 litre).
- Place Sakhua sticks on the dekchi.
- Place Sakhua leaves on the sticks.
- Put the Dumbu on the Sakhua leaves and steam for 15 minutes.
