Mahua Banofee Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dried Mahua Flowers
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Thick Yogurt
  • Peanut butter
  • PREP TIME

    Serves 1 glass

DIRECTION :

  1. Start off by soaking the Mahua flowers in 1/4th cup of hot water for 20 mins.
  2. Mash the banana and add either chopped or puréed rehydrated Mahua flowers along with 1 tbsp of the soaking liquid.
  3. Add the milk, yogurt and oats- stir until combined.
  4. Transfer to the serving bowl and top with some peanut butter.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
  6. Garnish with a dollop of hung curd, shaved sugar free chocolate and Mahua.
  7. Enjoy!
