Serves 1 glass
DIRECTION :
- Start off by soaking the Mahua flowers in 1/4th cup of hot water for 20 mins.
- Mash the banana and add either chopped or puréed rehydrated Mahua flowers along with 1 tbsp of the soaking liquid.
- Add the milk, yogurt and oats- stir until combined.
- Transfer to the serving bowl and top with some peanut butter.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
- Garnish with a dollop of hung curd, shaved sugar free chocolate and Mahua.
- Enjoy!
